Arun has successfully led multiple ventures through strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial discipline. His expertise spans renewable initiatives, data management, telecommunications, and business development, giving him a multidimensional understanding of high-growth sectors.

Piyush Mathur, co-founder of ARPY Renewables, leading a dynamic team dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions. He specializes in Solar and Wind energy and Fuel Cell.
He is a seasons technocrat, qualified Electronics Engineer, has long experience in techno-commercial sales of security, surveillance and telecom solution for over 37 years. He is a very known name in communication field. He has vast experience in leading and managing business teams with P&L management having diverse business relations in Govt., Enterprise, Security Forces, Airports.
After a successful stint, have started business in renewable energy to cater to govt. objective of clean energy and carbon reduction. Currently managing over all business of the company.

Rajiv Srivastava, co-founder of ARPY Renewables, has more than 39 years of Industry experience in Control and Instrumentation for Thermal and steel plants and Telecommunication-Landline to Mobile network (2G,4G) technology on Design, testing & evaluation of product induction and implementation in Network, vendor dimensioning and product quality assurance. He has Worked in Top- R&D companies of Govt of India and Private organizations for Telecom system design and Operations. Rajiv was key holder of product design verification and testing & O&M.
Rajiv has rich experience in product certifications with Govt. and private agencies for Telecom and C&I products, project design & deployment, Operation and maintenance for Solar based Telecom products deployed in remote far-flung area with near zero operational efforts.
Rajiv currently oversees overall Solar Project Designing, Engineering, Procurement, Project execution and after sales support.

Krishna Gola, co-founder of ARPY Renewables has over 25 years of extensive industry experience in project execution, operations, and maintenance, I have successfully led large-scale deployments across top private telecom organizations including Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, Tata, Reliance Jio, and Shyam.
His expertise spans end-to-end project implementation for solar-based telecom networks, transmission networks, and NOC centre operations.
Krishna possess a strong background in managing Centralized Network Operation Centre and after-sales O&M management, ensuring seamless service continuity and customer satisfaction levels exceeding 99.99%. He has executed pan-India projects involving solar-based telecom products, along with effective liaisoning with product teams, vendors, and government Big Govt. houses -Operators for smooth network operations.
Additionally, Krishna is specialized in designing, deploying, and maintaining solar-based solutions for 2G and 4G telecom systems along-with Solar system for residential and commercial communities.
